My Approach to Healing
Healing begins with safety, compassion, and understanding. Every session is a space for you to pause, breathe, and feel supported. Together we will explore what has been weighing on your heart and mind, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping, healing, and connecting.
My role is to guide, encourage, and challenge you in ways that promote growth - at your pace, in your way. When appropriate, we may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR to help process past experiences and support deeper emotional healing.
