I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship conflict, communication issues, trust concerns, postpartum challenges, infertility-related stress, parenting struggles, and life transitions.

Trauma, First Responders & Crime Victim Support - Specialized trauma-informed therapy for survivors of emotional, physical, and asexual abuse, crime victims, and first responders experiencing trauma, PTSD symptoms, chronic stress, or critical incidents. EMDR is incorporated when appropriate to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
Couples & Relationship Therapy- Helping couples navigate communication breakdowns, conflict, trust issues, emotional disconnection, and intimacy concerns while rebuilding safety and connection.
Anxiety & Depression - Support for managing overwhelming thoughts, emotional exhaustion, low mood, and stress while developing coping skills and emotional resilience.

When appropriate, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR to help process past experiences, reduce emotional distress, and support deeper healing.
